The Company is open to innovation ideas and technologies. I'm glad to be a part of that organization. I get to travel in PAN india for official work.

Dislikes

Manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Work Details

Over all my work was challanging as I have to look after the PAN India location.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
