Home Run Company, where all top management is taken place by set of husbands and their wives on senior position. Where feedback mechanism is nil because whom will you complain or raise an issue to? Growth is a myth for new comers on junior and senior position, as to how will you reach the top when there are family members seated there?

Work Details

No induction as such on process and how to go about the profile that you are hired for. You need to be up your game if you wish to start being productive right on your first day. You will be expected to work 24x7 and to deliver work of atleast 3people.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I liked the initial days when i got the opportunity to work with squareyards...as soon the days passes i came up knowing the terrible work culture in squareyards ...job insecurity,unproffesionalism,favorism All these things makes squareyards work experience poor..you

Overall experiencr was terrible..leaders will favor a particular employee no matter how good yoy perform..if u raise ur voice leaders will start creating problems which will lead into quiting the job
