I was in part of the team very few months but the team is daring and dashing head debayan is wonderful in terms of team lead and all circumstances. Very good financial investment plans in Real estate with the implements with Management. Try to bring it to the market. Fab plans fab staff.

Very fast business environment in terms of month end. Enjoyable work structure in terms of months starts. Over all very good corporate culture.

The HR team is awesome, it's a very healthy and joyful environment where you can productively work as well as have fun playing games. Never seen or heard such a happy environment.

Maybe the candidates whom we are selecting, because some of them don't join and the interview is just an option to them.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The one thing that I like about working at Square Yards was my direct boss to whom i directly report and my colleagues because we all are facing the same issues.

Work culture is very bad, they are hiring you as a Business Development Executive but they make you work as a Telecaller which is very demotivating and the politics and language of senior hierarchy is another thing The working atmosphere is not at all favorable for working and as it was my first job i had very bad experience. There was not very much of learning because they hire you as a Business Development Executive and make you work as a Telecaller. So, yes I learned how to talk on phone with customers and a bit of Telugu language as i don't understand it.

11 hour working 9.30am to 8pm or 8.30pm calling daily 400 to 500 data and atleast we need to be 200 calls connected... and verbal salary they only pat 9600rs if you won't do business..
