Dislikes

Worst place to work, useless culture, no training, no hr role, no on boarding process, no HR policies, says something else, implements some other, no training, no knowledge sharing, but need business, even after 6 days a week work including weekends full salary is not paid, no travel allowance even, Square Yards ia beyond pandemic

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
