There is nothing great about this company, we have to call on random data it's complete cold calling no systems or sims provided we have to call from our own sim card and it gets blocked most of the times

Dislikes

Iteration rate is extremely high due to bad and toxic culture. They ask us to work on week offs also Most of the government holidays not given No petrol allowance we have to travel on our own expenses all projects are located on the outskirts mostly very far No growth and false commitments related to incentives Nothing positive to work here

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
