It's a scam, They have hired HR who don't know the policies. They promise everything at the time of joining. They send candidates to Dubai where no training is given to the newly joined candidates. It is like a call center where all designers and sales employees are forced to do cold calling. From day 1 they will put massive pressure to generate business. They will ask you to make site visits on regular basis, travelling in Dubai is 10x costly as compared to India and no reimbursement is given as per the policy. Square yards have hundreds to cases registered in UAE labour court. The visa that they provide is the entry ticket in UAE. If you want to take exit from UAE then you need to give them 2 lakh INR. It's my personal experience, dnt get trapped. They will offer 5000 AED to you which is 110000 INR which is nothing in Dubai. Only a room rent is 50000....Read More

Honestly speaking this would be a company which you'll be able to join in quickly because they follow a hite and fire model. Only advantage because they don't really care about recruiting proper candidates.

Absolutely a ton of them. The company's right from its culture to work ethics to the business model they follow. Absolutely shit trash of an organisation. Pls don't fall bait for the "international exposure", "competitive salary".
