Honestly speaking this would be a company which you'll be able to join in quickly because they follow a hite and fire model. Only advantage because they don't really care about recruiting proper candidates.

... these guys are just money minded and they will make money from your own Salary. you are promised for a better package however once you join you are harassed from the day one and they will not give you your basic salary. Most importantly, these guys first hire you with a good package in Dubai however your basic is just 500 Dirhams but remaining money comes as as special allowance and they deduct remaining money every month and you cant question them because you signed for 500 dirhams only and if you ask for a remaining money they will file a case against you stating that you took a loan from a company and you are failed to Pay the money. Managers like Saalem, Ankit and many others are useless and they will make you mad. They will also force you to sign a new bond anytime which is illegal in Dubai. During the operations, they will put you so much mental pressure so that you find business from the market under any cost no matter even if you loose your life. Micromanaging is normal for these people, you have to answer for every second and you have to share your live locations on whats app, you have to find a business for these people but they dont pay for your transportation and you lend up loosing your savings other than peanuts salary. i urge everyone who may be considering working for this company must careful evaluate their decision and potential risk involves where harassment is executed from top to bottom. Dont fall for these guys.

Company pay attention to employee input and provide sufficient traning and relevant compensation as per experience and skills. This is a fantastic team to work with. The ideal balance between job and personal life does exist.

No salary. No visa. U will be in company till u have your own valid visit visa. After visit visa being expired they will expel u or else u can reissue your visa oneself. If u have enough money to invest on your stay, food, travelling for client meetings then only join. Worst company.

... moved from Mumbai to Dubai for this job only to get a shock after joining here. It's not a salary based job, it's a commission based job. The HR is very manipulative, just waiting like vultures to deduct your salary. They just don't want to pay you. It's a 9am to 9pm shift, if you come half an hour late, half day salary cut. Work hours can go up to 14 hours as well. They don't give a shit about your health. If you don't sell, your salary goes on hold for three months. The work itself is extremely difficult as your not selling idlis, your selling properties. The moment customers realise your calling to sell them something, it becomes extremely difficult to keep them on the phone, they will hang up !!! Lots of sexist comments going around as 95 % of your coworkers are men and they think females have it easier. The truth is, we don't !!! The only difference is, customers won't abuse you or hang up on you but the answer is still a polite No. No proper training on the floor. Selfish Managers running around to meet their own targets and clients. The worst part is, your not sitting in one place and doing your job. You have to go to meet atleast 3 clients in one day. Anywhere, Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi with your own money !!! They promised me 5000 dhs Salary but after reaching there I realised you will get paid only 33k in the first month. It's a very hire and fire kind of a place. If you don't make sales, you will be fired. The work culture is shocking. The "clients" are fake. Most of them have no money. The Managers keep pushing you to take out meetings with clients. Frustrated Managers yell at you like psychos. If you don't believe me, you should see it for yourself. We 5 new joinees left within the 1st month itself without even taking the 1st Salary. The Manager called me when I left, I ignored it.
