Here at Square Yards, we have review meetings every week & what i love is that we can communicate all our likes/dislikes about the particular job project freely to our seniors. They explain everything and sort out our problems.

Dislikes

I do miss away from family which is in different city. But nothing doing you have to build up your career.

sales is a mix of the happiness of achieving big members and a slumber of slow, stressful days. Square Yards Dubai, according to me, is actually a decent workplace that recognizes and rewards its top performers in their quarterly R&R sessions. This merit-based system compensate for some stressful days. I can surely foresee a rising career for me here.

6 day working , sometime feels like big schedule. it should be 5 day working. and Rest is okay.

I have always felt that apart from tangible reward like increment of bonus, company has to foucs on intangibles also. My company square yards has always done it, be it celebrating birthdays and special occasion or even recongnizing with special memetoes and achivments. I love this aspect.

Nothing. But 6 day working sometimes is too hard.

Unlike a lot of organization, Square Yards Dubai has a strict policy against discrimination of any kind. They believe in equality and this is something I like the most about working with this company. Off all things, they keep an eye on top performers and reward then equaltiy on every opportunity, in the form of big incentive and also other perks.

Never did I imagine that a workplace could become an extended faimly for one before I joined square yards dubai. This Organization has changed my life though- process on so many levels that I can think of. It has given me carrer growth as well as a lot of learning that i can even implement in my personal life and reach newer heights.
