I starting working with squard yard from April 2021. I was so happy that I got a Job as a Fresher Business Developer in Square Yard. Since few month later I realised that I had join the worst company in Mumbai. Working environment was so bad that alway pressurized their employer to achieve the target. The working hour was 12hr a daywith Monday weekoff. After giving resignation they hold my 1 month full salary as well as the 6 month half salary. Now it has completed almost 6month but the HR team are not giving any positive response from there side. So Guy I request you to don't waste your valuable time to work with square yard. For freshers and people at age of 21-23 is the best place to grow and work, will teach you how to survive in pressure, good place to challenge yourself and know your capabilities bcoz you will get your full Salary only if you perform

Dislikes

Zero work culture, no timings fixed, too much of pressure, politics and zero hr policies.
