I have so many things to tell bad but it's all depends on us it's not company mistake if you have relevant work experience this company is good if you are fresher then this company is worst and salary issue are thair 1st Month salary will come on time and 2nd month one word s you have to achieve target's other wise salary will not come on time and job security is not thair manager's will give you lot of pressure otherwise they will tell you to put down paper this one very bad think...... No coordination between HR and the hiring team. After getting selected in final round of interview and after recruiting staff took the documents for joining formalities. Later came to know that the recruiter who was a coordinator left the Job herself without any intimation then I got shock of my life that the Sales Head rejected me because of unknown reason.... 12 hours shift, I have to do cold calling in which I have to complete 150 calls with minimum call time of 2 minutes and data which is provided by the company are mostly wrong number, unreachable number, non valid number, and most of the number belong to those whose monthly income is below then 2.4 lpa. I was been selected with 20k salary per month but if I don't sale any thing I would be getting 4-5 thousand RS per month. Square yards is not at all supportive in this pandemic and not even in that normal days. My FNF is still not been paid by square yards from last 8 months. And there is no future in square yards of any employee.

There is nothing to like. Squareyards is all bark no bite. This org cannot even hire good people as leaders.

Literally everything. I left the position as soon as I could. I gave them a huge sale of 2+ Crores. Guess what my incentive never came through. They bullshitted me talking bout some "rules" the top management is corrupt, when I joined the org there were almost 500 employees when I left the job there were about 200 so in 4 months time approx 300 people quit the org. The co workers are good .. the leaders are supportive and its a very fun loving environment to work.

There's no job security they just hire people in bulk and also fire people in bulk. Hectic working hours use to work more then 12hours a day still didn't get my full salary in any of the month. In the joining time they commit u different things like we have to do atleast one sale then we will get full salary + incentive and also they said we have to do cold calling and generate site visit but in reality we had to do cold calling generate site visit there was no travelling compensation we had to go almost every site from mahim, mulund, andheri, etc also if the deal happens we had to do the collection part collecting 5% from the customers we were not informed earlier about this. Infact there was no job training given they made us sit beside other callers and told us to listen to their pitching and start ur calling when u are comfortable....Read More

Management commet if you left the organization you get your FNF in 90 days 134 days complete but still people waiting for fnf evry month salary deduction minimum salary 10000 but people getting 6000..7000 very bad company people asked for fnf to the management they asked you have to pay 303 rupees to the company if your FNF account is minus company give u advance fraud company
