Teammaes are cooprative,company do not oprate any training prg to its field executives. Salary is too poor.work environment is good.

The company is famous but it does not gives a minimum wage salary.work is hard and riskey but company do not provides any insurance and sympathy to us.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
