Spectrum is working from 2 Generation and largest work in textiles. Spectrum working on 5 State in BCI & Organic Cotton so I am working to till date.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work is Good but CTC is low so I would be searching for a new job.

Work Details

Textiles work, Sustainable pieces of cotton technical knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
