It's a training program. The work environment is so enthusiastic. Love the training process. Lots of skills have been developed in training .

Dislikes

Their is a profit sharing . It's a marketing and management firm. So the pay is depend on the sale. And the work time is not fixed.

It's a marketing and management firm. There are training levels. So basically its a training of sales and marketing at the first level then after that as you go to upper level there is management part also like hr, team handling and all.

I gave a interview in this company in jabalpur they have opened there office in a home, plus on naukri.com they show you so many post but they hire you only for business associate. In this you need to ask donations for NGO via telephonic marketing or field.

Dislikes

They dont have a fix pay structure plus you need to work for long hours .it is tottaly incentive based job means if you dont get any donation you will get zero salary. Go to this job only when you have no other options Even they dont give you offer letter during joining
