As our Digital Marketing agency is quite good and complete every project in the given time as per client requirement. In addition to this, we do web design, web development, Promotions, SEO, Financial Advisory, etc.

There is no dislike about our Company as every employee work hard and genuinely submit our efforts on time.

Work Details

As I have worked as a marketing executive and Junior Graphic designer as the work environment is quite good and impressive and my seniors supported me a lot in the completion of my work with better guidance and proper knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
