Their salary structure as compare to other pvt Bank is good because they follow iba payscale but not sure for how long after the change in the administration.

Senior staff of the banks are useless they just want to sit and expect spoon feeding bank initiative taken by the head office are never been viewed seriously managers of the bank in fact assistant manager and the po just act that they are working but the reality is that they just wanna pas their time in side the bank

Salary assured for IBA pay scale staff. No assurance for CTC staff. Not sure what will happen in salary for IBA scale staffs in coming years.

Work culture and work life balance adversely affected after introduction of cluster system in 2021. Excellent in alloting huge targets but worst in getting assistance for departments in solving customer complaints. Mental and physical health of staff seriously affected. We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. We don’t know on what basis people gets promoted here . Today if bank offers VRS then min 300 people will resign immediately. Salary is the only aspect which may fetch a bit of attaraction, but even then the work load doesnt justify the salary

The structure is very rigid and conventional with least option flexibility. Banks are forcing for sales but with no framed strategy...not at all a recommendable job I must say.
