The overall workflow is well defined and technologically advanced interfaces are engaged.We can directly approach our seniors with our work related grievances for quick redressal.

Dislikes

Some of the intermediate positions so created lately, of supervisors above branch heads and below regional heads ,created more confusion and disrupted the workflow.As all they did was mount up unnecessary work pressure while contributing nothing themselves as many of them were directionless and lacked knowledge to guide and lead.
