Even though SIB is a private sector bank, employees are taken care and work environment is healthy

Dislikes

Due to the constant changes in the management, there's no stability of work alloted to you. Constant changes in the policy makes it difficult to work. Transfer policy of the makes it difficult to plan family in a particular city. Every year you will be afraid whether you will be transferred or not

Hectic work, less staff availability. Bank is mostly bothered about how to save money rather than employee satisfaction
