Managers lack technical knowledge. the work will be thrown to hard working fellow instead of distributing it evenly among team members. All manager want is completion of work with quality and time. Compact office with no cafeteria and proper rest rooms. Some times you feel like you are siting in Cyber centre. Managers lack technical knowledge, they only know how to use Excel and power point. Overall atmosphere in the company is bit toxic. Too much politics on hikes and On-site opportunities. They will make you sign documents such that you can't able to join any big semiconductor companies for one year. I heard they will give negative feedback once you leave the company and they will treat you as enemy while they are on notice period.
