No job security as company has "Hire and Fire Policy". They hire for short term in lure of long term role and once their pending work is complete they mercieless fire (terminate) you. Toxic environment with constant coercion to stretch beyond working hours and working even on holidays and Sundays without any extra pay and compensatory off. Environment not good for emotional well being as hiring manager (Miss Plabita) does all manipluation to keep all control with her. Demeaning comments by the founder like "You are a liability to me" and many more. Contrary to values. Though organization claims itself to be spiritual it lacks the compassion to treat fellow employees well not allowing even to take the lunch and tea breaks at time auite often even deliberately conducting internal meeting during that time and constant video monitoring of employees using Zoom showing no trust on employees. No bonus being paid on pro rata basis and grace pay (as the employer promise) in case of termination and for the period worked no bonus (as per offer letter) on pro rata basis.
