I get lot of things to learn from my senior employees. As at this job profile i have learnt three major divisiona. 1-Sales 2- Agronomy 3- Procurement.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Even after working hard, doesnt makes good appraisal

Work Details

Basically at the starting of season time most probably from august we start the processing of our seeds till oct. Then i work for sales. Further i visit the plots of the farmer for agronomy help. At the end i procure the seeds back from the farmers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
