There's nothing you will like in the company, be jobless rather then moving to this company. No standards no policies no work culture no job security. Hr is with zero understanding of Hr roles n responsibilities in a corporate company. They are sitting just to fool an individual and take control of their life in return of providing them a job. Once in, you will be held of responsible for all the mess in work inside the company. Zero security to your salary and leave benefits at the time you put resign or they ask you to leave. Important WAKEUP call to the customers specially that do not fall in the trap of this downgrade company, they do not have any actual established product. They will take a toss on your money and time during the contractual time and will bluff later on with excuses for not providing standard services. One of the best company i have worked with. Good work life Balance. The work culture here is great and while speaking to our heads we can give our suggestions openly and they ll work on it with immediate effect.
