Below Average now , 3 years back is good now worrest management, work culture is not good.

Dislikes

Work culture is worrest, doing lot of politics managers and team leads , some team leaders continuously working same project. They are doing politics . Taking money for support monthly 25k to 30k from new joiners if they are not paid they are moving to Bench or raising PIP.

Just take salary and forget about your value, recognition, culture and transperency.

Dislikes

Promotions are given if you kneel down to your managers else you are ignored. No transperency in terms of hike, appraisals. Projects are allocated based on their requirement and not as per your skills. They don't know how to utilise resources effectively. List goes on...

It was honeymoon period when someone on bench. But when they allocated to some project, it was hectic schedule everyday and don't expect immediate response from anyone.We should run every day, research and beg others then will solve queries and get a good customer rating.
