Not even a single thing was a good thing here except for a few colleagues.

Dislikes

A terrible terrible company. The founder plays too much politics in the company and creates conflicts within the departments. They are only focused on making money and not serving the customers nor any benefits for the employees. (So, if you are an ethical person this is definitely not a right place for you). The employees who are w orking for a while now are so rigid and lazy in terms of coming out of routine and trying or experimenting new things. For one single thing it takes months for approval only. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> They say there's an open door policy, and accepts all suggestions but it's actually open door policy of employees joining and leaving in a short period of time</mark>.
