Made a huge mistake when I joined this so called builder's office in Greater Noida. I thought it must be something as it's a builder firm, turns out to be zero, a complete ZERO. No work culture, No support of any kind, no inventory details(No one knows, which inventory is available for lease/sale), No ethics, No salaries (even for security & cleaning staff), No HR policies (HR people have no idea whatsoever about anything, if you ask them a question, they stare at your face with blank expression and no answer). Always Good team work with positive manner & Working together like a family members , seniors and operation team is always supportive and helpful at every step.

There is only one thing which I have observe that company is not participate in any social work.

My job position is very Interesting from the beginning of the joining of the company from last 3 yrs I am promoted twice and increment is 80% .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
