1. They didn't lay off people during Covid pandemic and did't do pay cut. 2. Team members are supportive and of co-operative. 3. Work from home facility.

Dislikes

1. Often time you would be given more task and you'd have to extend your shift of your own to complete it. This means more work but less man power. For, any minor issue, they picture it in a very big way. Escalation is buzz word here. 2. Lot of manul task and out dated stuffs are used in operation. Thus, nature of the work is burdensum. 3. Lack of quality of communication from management. Any time they can make any changes with all of sudden. 4. The work skill and learning are not transferable to other company or industry. Work Details

I feel challenging everyday to carry out very simple task bacuse of huge volume, manual task, no learning and no career prospects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
