Shared Service Head running his own manpower agency along with some TA team members. He has hired his own referrals directly with 90 to 100% hike but there is no one in management who ask him to justify, interesting this is he openly spoke in from of HR Operation & HRBP team he keeps CHRO & Regional Head in his pockets, but no one dare to say anything. Very rude with collogues

Rapid & turbulent changes within the organization. Promotions and demotions are based on favoritism and not actual work impact. Unstability has been evident since 2023, and it still continues. People sitting at the top levels of hierarchy are least concerned about employee retention.
