Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I am not happy during my tenner with Softech ERP pvt ltd.

Dislikes

This company was very bad, They don't have any social responsibility. MD have always rude behavior with Employee. They give 4000/ salary and ask for you have serve for one year with same salary. There is no fixed out time where as in time fix. I suggest to my friends don't associate with this company. Your social life will be spoil.
