At softech i have been working as a trainee for last 7 months,i was been hired during lock down and was given training by boss himself i got to learn much more than i expected.

Their pay is very less and working culture is of old type

I am not happy during my tenner with Softech ERP pvt ltd.

Dislikes

...on't have any social responsibility. MD have always rude behavior with Employee. They give 4000/ salary and ask for you have serve for one year with same salary. There is no fixed out time where as in time fix. I suggest to my friends don't associate with this company. Your social life will be spoil.
