Nothing is likeable here. Lack of transperancy, Inadequate management and unhealthy work life balance. Senior pinch you, harrass you in meetings, point out you. You will be tracked, your screen will be tracked, you have to work on your own machine, no hardware provided to you..as i worked from home. Lack of appreciation and recognition.

The company is the worst one. The management sucks. The HR department is one of the worst in tricity because they don't help employees but plan and plot. I believe HR's are there to get employees and look after their well-being and not insult or blame them for every little thing. They have meetings for everything even if it is not needed. The HR feels that she is the CEO of the company and takes decisions on behalf of the management. Almost all the employees have left the company because they and the HR are toxic.
