Although I loved working there. But there was a little communication gap between the authorities at different level. For e.g. two authorities may confuse you what to do and what not. So, by contacting the main authority all the times works the most, they are polite and sweet people if you are genuine to your work. . I still miss working there....

Since I loved my work, I enjoyed working there. They also do not restrict you with their ideas and set you free to explore more and more. But they are there when help is required. Ignoring a little bit politics, you will grow amazingly overall.

I'm glade to have work there and i love the fact that i am a part of a team, there i have learned many things like conceptual and pedagogical skills, i improve my teaching skills ,there i got excellent training, i feel like a family member in SARD because my colleag come from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration

My work is slightly challenging because i handling those students who are laging behind in there class, and come from slums areas , it's very difficult to handle and managed the class when we teach those students who came from slums areas
