.... Give you opportunity to get technically sound which is the need of an our. They pay you a good amount for your work also to keep enthusiasm up they give increments time to time. Friendly environment of working and not stressful at all.

Dislikes

Although I loved working there. But there was a little communication gap between the authorities at different level. For e.g. two authorities may confuse you what to do and what not. So, by contacting the main authority all the times works the most, they are polite and sweet people if you are genuine to your work. . I still miss working there....

Work culture is good.you will learn lot of thing and also work environment is good they will focus on your knowledge and also career growth

Company account management is very bad they will not given complete payment.Work culture is not good because after project end you lose your job.

I'm glade to have work there and i love the fact that i am a part of a team, there i have learned many things like conceptual and pedagogical skills, i improve my teaching skills ,there i got excellent training, i feel like a family member in SARD because my colleag come from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration

Sometimes i have to work there overtime , so i dislike this overtiming work

A good NGO which perform to execute the any project very well but their documentation and MIS data always depends upon their donors where doner efficiency play the role of importance of data.
