The CEO Is not gonna pay you any salary for the notice period that you serve. He is a thief that is just fooling with the employees. Without let you in advance for the notice period, he is gonna lay you off and will also just give you a petty small amount out of the total dues in the name of compensation for your 2 months of justified salary. Deducts 90% of your salary in the name of "you were not working properly despite of several reminders". If that is the case then how are you keeping the person employed for those 2 months without bringing thing in their notice? and If that person has worked for you for those 2 months, where is the salary? This is unethical and it is not justified in the name of Law. He has done this with many employees in the recent past....Read More

Everything is bad. 1. CEO will not gonna pay you anything or he he will find excuse to hold your salary. 2. All clients are unhappy because the promises in the starting and expectations they set for the Clients is very high and when client is not getting the results as per the expectation set during the onboard then CEO yel at everyone and find this a reason for holding the salary or not paying you at all. 3. Everything after learning is bad. They just hire interns who can work in small wages. After the internship they said we don't need you and they will hire new interns. Don't give salary on time, sometimes it takes more than a month. Just give false hopes and full of lies from the starting....Read More
