Management does not take wise decision. A sales person's job is not secured it's fire & hire process.They don't know the difference between higher level position & Mid position they think it's all same.Every 2-3 hours they keep calling asking for sales though you give good numbers in your sales.Company is not employee friendly. Alsothe H.R is not transparent while hiring your job profile can change anytime while working in the company....Read More
