Nothing, but it is good for freshers for getting exposures in various departments of QA in less time.

Dislikes

Everything, specially about work culture. They don't pay according to work. Kaam koi or karta hai and package kisi or ka jyada hota hai. Too much deduction from CTC, even they cut leave from our CTC only. Will not recommend anyone to work here except freshers. And also we can't take weekly off due to work load on a single person. Have to work 24×7. On paper it is 8 hr job but in actual it is 10-11 hr works....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
