This is a worst local garage use Hyundai banner and destroy Hyundai customar base, there was no proper infrastructure, very bad management, no work culture, no job security, very bad salary and incriment, no place for genuine person, only politics are there, Gm service is the main curlprit for all this.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
