Environment is ok.. Teammates are helping and good but not satisfied with management company policies are good and transparent hope they think about good salary scale as we are working in high risk so overall only company is good.

Management is not OK .there is no job vacancies and salary scale is low..

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
