At Smile, Anyone gets learning opportunities and can grow their CSR knowledge.

Dislikes

Poor hike, Tough to get leaves, manager doesn't give breaks and expects to do task at same energy level for 8 hrs, micro managed and all of transition occurring at Top management itself. People come - amend some rules and leave organization, High attrition at every level.

Before I was joined smile foundation I was worked as legal officer for vodafone and indus tower. After I was joined smile foundation I am happy because I will do something for those chiled who want to learn but thay wasn't money and I arrange money for those chiled by collect donation from other schools and individuals. So that, I am very happy with my job. I am satisfied because we help those people who want do something. Smile is working for less privileged child education, women empowerment and health care.
