No appreciation for sales team. Management think like sales will happening the name of SMC. But it's happens not at all time. Management didn't identify the correct person to move forward and didn't given the right roles and responsibility.

This didn't intrest to customer satisfaction and issue.....this two persons theft all our employees kaizens like a he owned.. if any one asked any questions for this this two persons threatening via appraisal and increment... There was nothing i enjoyed about working at SMC.

It is not an MNC cultured company. They are working like B2C sales. Too much politics and too much expectation from sales without supporting them. Zero support from management. Complicated ERP systems & internal procedures. Even you can't claim your Car/Bike expense easily.
