New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

If you are not looking for personal career and learning growth then this is ok

Worst HR policies completely against the employee ....and you will get to know at time of resign....i work in this company for few month and at time of resign and full final calculation what i got a big zero...in totality ...i have to pay around 3.5 lacs for getting clearance certificate and even they did not provide F&F copy

The product portfolio is unbelievably vast and company has a good presence in the market.

Dislikes

Sycophants at the perch can't stand a more talented person. Highly unreliable management and employee turnover. Misleading customers by labelling Chinese originated products as Japanese. No real effort to maintain a customer. Too complacent and docile salesforce, taking customers for granted.

No appreciation for sales team. Management think like sales will happening the name of SMC. But it's happens not at all time. Management didn't identify the correct person to move forward and didn't given the right roles and responsibility.

There was nothing i enjoyed about working at SMC.

Dislikes

It is not an MNC cultured company. They are working like B2C sales. Too much politics and too much expectation from sales without supporting them. Zero support from management. Complicated ERP systems & internal procedures. Even you can't claim your Car/Bike expense easily.
