SMC LMS Self learning portal is very good & employee login portal is very much good

Poor work load distribution management by manager the manager having so much attitude and sounds arrogant while talking to junior employee and very much office politics happening there with the new Employee and SMC hr. department is nothing very pathetic HR department they lie about KRA and working management before joining they also put you in one way Bond so that any employee cannot leave the company before 18 month but they can remove and employee by giving excuse about hi performance they also deduct double PF amount from your salary and suddenly your CTC and In hand Salary feels huge difference they will not provide you any practical tranning plz don't fall of fake promises given by HR of SMC avoide SMC joine some other Broking Firm</mark>......Read More

Casual. If lucky or has connections fellow banyas of community then one has the say on the whole project, good project ownership that way. Will make you miss all the basic processes in previous companies that you took for granted.

Dislikes

Casual. Most tasks have a dependency on Delhi Headquarters office and if so then nothing will get done because of lazy conservative discriminatory and privileged toxic culture in that office. Impossible to escalate remotely as most of them rarely attend slack and respond. Every single department moves lazily there and then blames state branch offices when time comes. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> It took 2months for me to get an actual documented offer letter, no written HR policies, permanently lost or inconsistent pays because of 20year old systems</mark>. Its been 3 WHOLE YEARS, 1000+ days since covid and no change has been made to accomodate simple clocking in remote work properly. Was lied to that job location will be in vicinity. Instead location in city was in the opposite side with 3+hours of travel. Worse every alternate month, sent to Delhi to do the same work and yet company cant deliver from those work marathons. No salary hike, no incentive. Only target increase. Company policies are very good only in paper but in practical it gives bad experience. Evey month salary cut if target is not achieved. I have not seen any employee continue his job for more than 4 months except me.

Dislikes

No job security. Very high target in low salary. Any day company ask you to leave the job with out any reason. There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.
