Don't join this company, this is the worst company to work , no proper career growth, very low salary, worst company culture, lots of politics,

Worst company for career growth even if you work for 2 -3 years you will not see any growth, salary is very low compared to industry standard, no training provided, everyday you have to work for almost 10-12 hours, no work life balance , so much of politics on senior level

No work life balance you just to work for 12 hours daily , little to no incentives even after working hard, they pay us in pennies, you have learn most of the things on your own no training provided just learn it yourself , worst attitude of senior.

There is no work satisfaction of work employee doing & also there is no trust on employees. TL talks disrespectly , there is so much pressure of works , incentives are not given properly and on time , they don't help employees for their hard work done , they ask to work extra hours but don't pay anything
