Don't join this company, this is the worst company to work , no proper career growth, very low salary, worst company culture, lots of politics,

Worst company for career growth even if you work for 2 -3 years you will not see any growth, salary is very low compared to industry standard, no training provided, everyday you have to work for almost 10-12 hours, no work life balance , so much of politics on senior level

Work Details

No work life balance you just to work for 12 hours daily , little to no incentives even after working hard, they pay us in pennies, you have learn most of the things on your own no training provided just learn it yourself , worst attitude of senior.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
