Job Description: Product Manager IV.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager-IV to lead our product strategy and drive growth in our web and mobility offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web and mobile product development, with hands-on experience in UI/UX development.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the analytics side of our business and collaborating with various internal departments to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our web and mobile platforms, aligning with business objectives and market trends.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements and features, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth, leveraging metrics to drive informed decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.

- Lead the development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that delight our customers and drive user engagement.

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, iterating based on feedback and data-driven insights.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including sales, customer support, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience.

- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on both web and mobile platforms.

- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch, with hands-on experience in UI/UX development.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience in leveraging analytics tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in driving sales and revenue growth through product initiatives and strategic partnerships.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.

- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital media industries is a plus.
