Will get to work on different technology stacks.

Dislikes

Promised are not kept not even by highest authorities of company. No training provided to fresher. Salary not on time. Need to beg for salary during Mar-Apr-May months. Not a good place of learning for freshers or interns. Working hours are extended everyday without getting over time for all departments. You have to work after official hours, or else you will get scolded by seniors & highest authorities. I've seen people spending there whole night working and sleeping in the office only, forcefully or else you will be asked to dismissed from the job....Read More

Work Details

Only team mates are good for every department. Jolly colleagues. You can take a break between work & fixed relaxing nap time after lunch for half an hour. Strict punch-in time to be followed for freshers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
