The atmosphere at office was very homely. We worked like a family together. Even the top bosses will be talking to everyone and taking the team out for lunch, etc.

They lacked in coordination between onshore and offshore.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
