The only good thing for a pharma industry is you get to learn a lot which you haven’t learned from your college.

Dislikes

The salary structure is too low. Just don’t expect a respectable salary even when you have master degree like M pharm. You have to be patient enough when you start getting like 30k and that wait could differ between 3 to 6 years. I have seen here employees who have been working in this industry for 7 years and they have switched a lot still getting 30k. Where a software engineer getting initial package of around 4-5 lakh you will get 1-1.5 lpa...Read More

The working culture is very poorly managed Hitler type. The company policy is very bad. The result is very bad and the salary increase is very less
