This is a best place for working and learning. All the staff members are soo good in their work . Hr Department is always ready for help . Skymap is any organization I wish can join again skymap .

The working culture is very poorly managed Hitler type. The company policy is very bad. The result is very bad and the salary increase is very less

The only good thing for a pharma industry is you get to learn a lot which you haven’t learned from your college.

The salary structure is too low. Just don’t expect a respectable salary even when you have master degree like M pharm. You have to be patient enough when you start getting like 30k and that wait could differ between 3 to 6 years. I have seen here employees who have been working in this industry for 7 years and they have switched a lot still getting 30k.
