Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.They give salary hike and bonus every year .

Salary is not satisfactory,career growth is slow.

The job was quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no systematic methodology. Team was I learnt everything on job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.

The salary structure is too low. Just don’t expect a respectable salary even when you have master degree like M pharm. You have to be patient enough when you start getting like 30k and that wait could differ between 3 to 6 years. I have seen here employees who have been working in this industry for 7 years and they have switched a lot still getting 30k.
