The only good thing for a pharma industry is you get to learn a lot which you haven’t learned from your college.

The salary structure is too low. Just don’t expect a respectable salary even when you have master degree like M pharm. You have to be patient enough when you start getting like 30k and that wait could differ between 3 to 6 years.
