Work culture is toxic,,,,, making pressure on employees is good for good profuse......but too much pressure with abusive and humiliation is very bad......seniors abuse in front of other team members....

I feel very happy working at Skyleaf consultants .The work culture is very positive and transparent & everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions ,and there are multiple roles to work and the team is so supportive.One can learn & grow really well here and leaders are truly supportive on this. 5 Days working culture(Monday-Friday)
